My e-mail is rejected when I try to get a new password

I have 2 numbers for my 2 doughters and I use 2e-mails. The first one is working. When I try to login using the second e-mail I get "your login failed. please try again". I try "forgot a password" but I get the same message. I know well my e-mail. 

I tryed fill the help form, filled in all the questions but the "next" buttom never active,

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

 

and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

and check your email spam,

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent

and them will reset for you,

Try the suggestions above in methodical order....

 

  1. Clear your browser.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Open one tab only.
  4. Use secret/incognito mode.
  5. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge work best.
  6. Don't check the "remember me" box.
  7. Start with the problem email taking care to not make any typos in the email.
  8. Take the same care when entering the password.

#7 and #8 Are the most common reasons I get the login failure message only to realize there is a typo or I used yahoo instead of gmail or gnail or mistyped the password.

 

The only other time I recieved both of those messages with the login and the forgot password was when I was a day late and $1 short reactivating an account for day 90......so it was cancelled and deactivated. When I called 1 855 4PUBLIC and they couldn't find the phone number my folly was fully confirmed.😔

The 2nd account could be glitching due to trying to access two accounts back to back.

 

After waiting an hour, which it has been over now, try logging into that account by opening a tab in incognito mode, or a totally different browser. Clearing cache/cookies may work too.

 if forgot password link does not work, you will have to open a ticket with PM agent and they will able to reset it for you
