My due date is 14 decembre and I was charged on 4th december

Hello,

I don't know what happened but I was supposed to be charged the 14 decembre like my account information says and my credit card was charged with 120.72$ by Public Mobile on the last 4th december.

Plus with my rewards I should be charged 105$ for every 3 months as usual and not 120$.

I would like Public Mobile give me a solution with that issue.

Thanks in advance,

Ivan

Yes, you're right the 105$ (before taxes) rise to 120,72$ (after taxes).

But still we have the issue of charging my card ten days before due date.

Thanks,

Ivan

Did you make any changes at all to your plan recently?  If not, then you should get a moderator to look at your account regarding the early charge.

Regarding the difference in price, remember that any amounts that appear in your PM account are before taxes, and anything that appears on your credit card is after taxes.
