I just move to canada to usa (only 2 weeks)
so i change my subscription which is available in usa
but it doesnt work
i try to change my apn what public mobile let me do
but its still doesnt working

@JiyuJung77 Does the phone work at all? If you can make voice calls then it isn't a VoLTE problem because data and texting should still work regardless. It may help to know what model of phone you have. When you changed your subscription did you select "change now" or "change on renewal"?

What phone do you have?
There is a whitelist of phones that works on VoLTE and this maybe the issue.

If your phone is on the whitelist then reach out to a CS_Agent to investigate your issue.

if your data was working in Canada, you shouldn't need to update APN
so, did you turn on roaming mobile data?
and you can change your network mode to 4G or LTE , then manual network connection and select each of them and test: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. Try all and see which one work

@JiyuJung77 what type of phone do you have? Roaming is turned on? Reset networks
