My billing is very off and has been for a while....can I get some help please?

My wife and I pay our bill with the same credit card. We've been getting charged $125.43 and $111.87 every 3 months (both have the 4Gb/month for $120 deal). 

I never really checked what we were paying until now.....but we both should have the $3 loyalty plus $6 autopay rewards.....not sure who can help me out.

@atk47 $125.43 is the correct amount you are being charged for your plan. Here is the math: $120-($6-$3)+13% tax = $125.43. 

For the 2nd account, i assume you are getting some additional rewards like referral? Login to that self-serve account and see how much total rewards you are getting.
