iam having trouble signing into my account to change my cell plan as I can’t remember my 4 digit pin I used when I first joined public mobile 2years ago I need Help

hi @Dino1968 did you try using the Reset password button there?
or open ticket with CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Dino1968 Try again incognito private mode or another device or lap too .. if all else fails get support to help you re gain access
