My subscription failed to activate and I am getting no where with your customer support.  I would like to speak with a real person.

This is not an acceptable solution. I have been billed for my first month but I can't activate my account. I would like a real person to contact me for assistance.

PM support is all online via messaging.  But this is an easy fix and you can message support now and would be able to get it resolved within couple hours.
