@Allan11 You can either port your number out to another provider which will automatically close your PM account, or you can log in to your PM account and toggle off subscribed. Best to port out a few days before next renewal as there is no-prorating. Your PM account must still be active for the port to work.

Public Mobile accounts are closed by either porting the number out to another carrier or bust discotninuing payments. After a Public Mobile account has failed to renew from lack of payment, the account will automaticlaly be closed in 90 days.
