My account does not show credit information and thus not able to remove or change payment method

log in to your account / Payments..look to the right side for Manage Subscription...click to see Manage Payment Method. Click to Update Your Payment Info...make your changes and Save.

I did, same thing. Shows all except payment options ?

try using your laptop to log in to your account.
