If someone has said they will process a refund I would sit tight. I make returns on both my personal and business credit cards frequently and depending on the retailer it sometimes takes a couple days up to 10 days to appear on my account online. As long as you have documentation of your transactions with the CS agent I would sit tight and see if the refund is posted to your account. Absolute worst case if you don't get a refund in a reasonable amount of time as a last resort you can try doing a charge back on your credit card as an absolute last resort.
I've had nothing but a positive experience so far it's too bad you've had a negative experience.

@Andrew4twenty When public mobile gives refunds it can take almost a month to get so you have to just wait and it will Happen if they agreed to it

so, you have submitted a ticket and got reply from PM support agent? We are just customers here, you really have to work with support agent for refund issue

After saying they can send me a refund for the $39 that the plan cost and not being able to activate it on my phone or bring another number that I want they said they would give me a refund now it’s been three days two different representatives. No one knows what’s going on I just want my money back. I would never go with this company. It is so garbage terrible customer service especially if I’m gonna use it for my business just disappointed to the max. And the more I read online makes me never wanna use there crap

what result you got from the Koodo check ?
and which carrier you are porting from? If you port from Koodo Prepaid, you have to get a new number first and then ask support agent to help to port the number afterward
