@Yoanchai : Check your phone for texts from 611. The first entry might be your PIN. It could also be stored on the SIM itself.
You can also use the Instant Top-up method at a few stores.
Did you activate yourself online? Or in a store? If yourself then you can also make payments in the self-serve. If from a store then did you create a self-serve account?
Edit: Oh...and vouchers from many stores or online. You don't need a PIN for those.

You do not need a PIN number if you're using *611 with your phone to make a payment via a payment voucher.
Can buy one at many locations:

your account is suspended, but you should still be able to make payment..on Self-Serve with Credit card, then reactivate the account..
did you mean you can't logon Self-Serve at all??

It may be easier and faster to buy a voucher and load it onto your account via 611. Simply dial 611 from your phone. Press ( 1 ) then ( 1 ) again and enter the 12 digit code.

Only way to reset set your PIN is through the Moderators.
