Hi there
I used to use Public mobile and moved to Bell for several months. And now i'm trying to go back to Public mobile since it has more discount. But my account is locked because i kept putting wrong pw. So please help me how can handle this problem.

When you said tu moved to bell did you just abandon your account with all the funds or did you actually port your number.
If you moved your number you will need to get a new sim.
You can get one in Wal-Mart now
If you sign up for b35+ plan with the referral they will give you total of $90. If you want smaller plan, with the referral you will get 50 credit.
Sometimes sims are free inn walmart, otherwise they cost 10
But you have too Do it before tomorrow midnight

@S2_S2 if you ported your PM number to Bell then your account was closed. If you want to switch back to PM you need to start as a new customer. New sim and email.

@S2_S2 Did you port your number over to bell? Or have you been gone for more than 90 days? If yes to either of these two, then your account no longer exists and you need to get a new one. Which, you need to do many way since the promotion is for new accounts only. Fyi, the Lunar promotion expires at midnight eastern tomorrow February 3rd.

If it's been more than 90 days of suspension your account is gone. Good news is that they have great promo running until tomorrow night
