My Self-Serve account is locked and I would like assistance to get it unlocked so I can track my data usage.

Sounds like the account gremlins are camped out in yours this week....hopefully they'll get bored and move along to play tricks on someone else's account. I'm sure they have someone's autopay they want to muck around with....😃


It’s definitely frustrating! This month my tv died, my microwave plug fell apart, my hair drier needed replaced, found out I need bifocals, my front differential hose was hanging on ground under my vehicle, my phone service (texting and mms messages) refused to work and my account refused to let me in twice this week! Enough already! 🤣. Pick someone else to bully 😆. Or better yet no one. 😃

I know all that. Thank-you for the reminders though. I find it very simple and easy to log in. It’s just my email address and password. This past week has decided to be hateful to me and not only my account but my service. Warning when they are doing maintenance would also help. Wednesday they were doing maintenance and the site was down so even they could not check my account for awhile. Before that a couple Moderators could not even get my info correct telling me it was wrong when the next one said it was correct. Yes I know it is due to I am me! It’s like my account is being messed with.

 @LitlLdy : Did you possibly use mixed case in your email address? Or is it really long?

And of course try clear cache/site cookies or a different browser or use incognito/private mode. Don't let it auto-fill. I find sometimes that a space is added to the end of auto-filled items.

It’s frustrating I keep getting targeted this past week! I know my sign in but it refuses me access even when a Moderator fixes it! It never lets me reset password either which I shouldn’t need to considering I know my sign in!

Please let us know if you can get into your self serve account yet. The Moderators should be able to fix it by now for you. I had the same issue beginning Tuesday and they finally fixed it Wednesday (after the site was back up and working). Now it is happening again today! I know my account email address and password (always have). So here I go again!

Hi @manloz do you mean your self serve account is still locked?  Have you contacted the moderators using the links provided by @benfatto above?

 

If you did, expect moderator's reply is within 48 hrs.  If after 48 hrs (2 days) you have not received a reply from the moderators, contact them again.

 

Also check the envelope icon on top right, click Sent and if you correctly contacted the moderators, it will show there.  If it is not there, then you have not contacted the moderators.  Contact them now.

@manloz sometimes all you need is a little time and take a break from trying to log in once you made too many attempts, since you may have locked up the account. 

After some time has passed now, are you able to log in? 

 

Your Self Serve Overview TAB will provide you with very accurate data usage, but I recommend using an app to track this, as this is very convenient. 

 

If you are an Android user try downloading the Data Witness app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/detailsid=com.iwik.datawitnesspm&hl=en_CA&gl=US  I use it, and it works great.

 

If you are Apple, I am sure there is an app that can track data by 30 day cycles as well

Try using the forgot password link.  Also try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
