My Public Mobile sim is not working on iPhone 4. Please help!

Hi there,

I changed my phone from LG G4 to iPhone 4. My public mobile sim was working on my LG phone. But not working on my iPhone. Public Mobile is listed in network selection and I do not have any APN settings on my iPhone and It is unlocked. But here is what it looks like.

 

I try to follow the instructions, but I am unable to due to the lack of options available on my phone.

By opening 3g option my PM network appeared but this APN setting is not working for data. I followed the above mentioned option. But no luck

Hi @amrita183!

Its the restriction of the iOS7 that your iPhone4 is using.

There is a workaround.  Connect your iphone4 to wifi.  Using safari, go to:  http://www.unlockit.co.nz/mobilesettings/

Follow the instructions on that page and you should end up with the PM APN settings on your phone.
