It is normal?
Or there is some additional settings I need to do before I can get LTE?
Thanks for your advise.

OPO supports all LTE bands by Telus (it mostly uses band 4 tho). so your phone is fully compatible.
as others iterated, 4G=LTE. now what happens is that different ROMs show it differently (but not both). e.g. if you're using the official COS 13.1 on your OPO, it uses 4G. some other custom ROMs use LTE. in short, it's a design choice on the OS (ROM) level, and has nothing to do with LTE band compatibility.
and again as others said, H+ is HSPA plus, which is a faster 3G.
Cheers

I have a OnePlus one and shows 4G which equals LTE

Umh no, not quite the same tech but speeds are comparable.
H stands for HSPA which is the technology used for improving the performance of 3G networks.
A further upgrade of this technology released by 3GPP, offering enhanced data rates than HSPA is Evolved HSPA (HSPA+), which you see as H+.
While 4G / LTE are used interchangeably these days, 4G refers to the next generation of communication technology with new standards and basically a redesign & simplification of the 3G network architecture. LTE is basically an implementation of such standards and simplifications. It has subtypes but I won't bother as that's not relevant here.
In short 2G < 3G < E < H < H+ < LTE in terms of maximum speeds and tech wise.
I've also unfortunately noticed that I rarely have LTE and am mostly stuck on H+. Which is pretty much the same speeds on Telus' network so doesn't change anything. The further away from DT I am the more I start switching from H+ (max 42 Mbps) to H (max 21 Mbps).
Frankly, as long as it's above 10 Mbps I can't even tell a difference.

H+ and LTE are very different things.
Some phones show 4g only when connected to LTE, others show 4g when connected to HSPA+(H+).
HSPA is much slower then LTE, and really it is 3g. Some carriers started calling it 4g and it has caused a lot of confusion. In Canada, our networks so 4G for HSPA (which is really 3g) and 4G LTE for LTE.
Phones from non-carrier will show a mix of different things.

hi
don't worry too much about what phone displays as long as it doesn't show you 3G or 2G..
in short: LTE/4G/H+ is kinda all the same thing
4G refers to the industry term used ( as well as H+ )..... LTE refers to the bands frequency used ( i think band 4 ) ...sometimes if the LTE band 4 frequency is weak ( especially inside concrete buildings ) it changes to the next stronger frequency thus displaying a different symbol.......
do a speed test and with medium to full reception you should be seeing around 20-40mb/s ..... weak signal should still give you 10-15mb/s ..... 3g on the other hand only i think about 1-2mb/s and 2G in essence dial-up speed....( you probably die off old age before being able to build up a web page with 2G speed)..lol..
cheers

Checking on - http://willmyphonework.net/ shows partial support for the 4G bands - most likely it is related to where you are and if the tower you are conencted to supports the band that your phone does. LTE = 4G

Do you know what APN you are on? Have you checked your APN settings to see if you are on Public Mobile's APN?
Did you switch phones or is this a new phone and line?
What provider were you with before you switched? Did you get LTE on that provider in your current location?
