I have problem with my internet speed since I have changed my plan from 8GB to 2GB. It's way low now and sometimes It's disconnected.
I don't think the speed should be affected because of changing the plan: based on the PM information on the plans, the data speed of both plans are 3G.
Any advice will be appreciated!

@Sherry1313 I am also experiencing the same issues you are. when that happens enable disable airplane mode. reset your network settings, hopefully it will help.(it didn't for me)

Try a different web browser and see if that makes a difference.

@Sherry1313 Unless you've been doing regular speed checks, slow surfing more likely just internet/website congestion. Especially if you're trying access your PM account.

Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot your phone.
