I top up my account $25.00 on Aug16, 2022 and it worked for 4 days and stopped working. When I called the automatic massage says your phone is not registered. Tell me why? and what to do?

Did you happen to perform a chargeback on your card you are making a payment with? You mean you were calling 611 from your device or the 1-855 number from another line?

 

Yeah, it doesn't sound right, unless you failed to top up 4 days ago, and you were in nonpay status for over 90 days?

 

Can you log into your My Account at all?

If so, what is the status?

Did you have a credit card registered? Did you possibly deal with a credit card fraud problem recently?

turn off device take out SIM card and insert back on,,

 

or contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to check it.
