Why has my account, and my partner’s account, been billed a fee for Public Mobile Self Service. If this is a legitimate charge we will cancel our public mobile accounts. Please respond as soon as possible.

We are confused as to what is your question?
You have 2 accounts with Public Mobile.
Is 23.00 and 21.85 not the same amounts your were build for in previous months? What is different this month than the previous?
Looking at your pictures, there were no fees charged to you. Do not dispute the charges as you will be banned from using credit cards for roughly 12 months. I heard from others that is IS NOT a good experience to go through. Even if you figure it out after disputing, they will not reverse the ban untill the 12 has passed.
I'm looking at my statement and mine also says Public Mobile Self Serve Edmonton Ab.

What are your plan amounts for the 2 accounts?
it said Public Mobile Self-Ser, it is possibly just normal plan renewal
did you login My Account? What did it say on the Payment history on the 2 accounts? do you mind to post screenshots of the Payment History on My Account instead?

what plans do you have ? how much the regular plan? Login My Account and check payment history
it looks to me you have a $19 and $20 plans, and those amount you see are aftertax amount. Remember there is no extra charge to use PM other than plan amount but they need to add tax on top for the government
$19+tax = $21.5
$20+tax = $23

There could be a few reasons.
Are these your regular 30 days plans? Did you have credits on your accounts that were subtracted from your 30 day plan that make the prices different?

Billing amounts were $21.85 & $23.00 identified as Public Mobile Self Service. There were no add-ons or plan changes in last 30 days.

What fee you are talking about? At PM you pay only for a plan cost+tax.
If you have autopay set up every 30 days your card will be charged whatever your plan cost (minus any available funds you have on your account).

How much was this fee? Does it say what the fee was for? Did you both purchase addons in the last 30 days or change plans?

there is no extra fees for Public Mobile services, just the regular plan fees
