I received an email welcoming me.  However it said I only had 500 mg of data but I should have 1 G of data.

Sounds like your porting is stuck on limbo. Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes window to reply then reboot your phone by powering off your phone then wait 2 and power the phone back on.

If you missed this step, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the porting process.

When did you port your number?

I will do that when I find it. Also have another problem - I am not receiving text messages.  My texts are still going to my last phone - an iPhone!

@Debra2 hi look in your self serve account,you will see the data you have in there , texts aren't always accurate
