I can’t access my account because my current phone has not been updated in my account so I can’t get the code. I had to create a separate account to send this message using a different email. Some help would be appreciated

Try getting the code via email
click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
If you can login this way, go to Profile> Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number
But if you still cannot login, engage PM CS agent for further assistance

When you try to login, look for the 'Didn't get the code' link and see if you can request the code by email instead.
