Where did you see the double charge? In your account or CC statement?
Any overcharge will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month bill.
If you are tight with funds, you can request for a refund but it might take 30 days to complete the refund. Just dm a CS_Agent.

payment history - Public Mobile - shows 1 charge for that date.

Visa confirmed that Public Mobile sent in 2 charges on same date. Visa gave me 2 authorization #s.

you sure it is not a pending charge? check the credit card and make sure
if both are real charge, you can talk to PM CS agent for refund request. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@DianeKenny , are you sure you have been double charged? Please confirm via payment history in the online account. Sometimes credit card payments are simply placeholders that eventually drop off. Also, did you make an off-schedule renewal or plan change. These transactions do result in an immediate charge.
