I've been on the PM website for over an hour now trying to find a way to email or message a PM Agent so that I can make an inquiry about my account and my last referral's account (being my husband) and I am completely bewildered how it's set up so I cannot find the way behind the magic curtain. Can someone please tell me how to do it? My questions are personal to my personal account. I cannot get my answers off a Community board.

@snorkellady7   PM support is all online, so you have to go via ticket to engage suppor

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
If it is the referral issue, the one who just joined should be the one opening a single ticket for both side

The hubby part is way secondary.....Can you answer my main question please ....How do I get in touch with an actual Agent to make a personal inquiry about my account?

@snorkellady7   for asking the referral , if you referred your husband, it is best for your husband to login with his Community account and open ticket with PM support by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
