Hi,
I've forgotten my password and I need to reset it.
When I try to reset my password, after I enter my email I get the message: An error has occurred. Just a heads up that the security question is case sensitive. Please try again.
The box shows up to enter the security answer (the question doesn't show), and when I enter my answer I get the message:
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.
Can any of the moderators help me reset my password?

Nope. It didn't work.
I clear my cookies, tried ignito mode. Same error is occuring.
The issue is a duplicate of another user's issue. It looks like the person solved it by having a moderator replying to them through PM.

The moderator response may be long, you may keep trying while you wait.
I would suggest incognito mode chrome, that one rarely fails me.

You could also try the following..
Clearly your history /cookie cache.
Open a new web browser up..and then open Incognito ...and try going to PM website...it might work
