I have been trying to register for my account but to no avail. Online robot said I needed assistance of an agent. Please how can I go about this please?

Hi @Urgent1   If you have activated in store before last Wed and never create a Self-Server My Account after you activate, then yes, you need to open ticket with PM CS Agent to open the account

 

click on "Registered Now" to the right of the My Account page ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ )

It will open a chatbot

then Click "Contact Us"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Finish open the ticket as a "Password & Username Reset" ticket  

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

The PM website is down for maintenance until tomorrow morning so try again tomorrow but remember to clear the cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser when you activate your SIM to create an account.

If you are still having issues, you will need a CS_Agent for assistance though SIMon Chatbot and type in Create a Ticket or private message them on this Community page.

As all new customer activations are now done online, there's no longer any need for the seperate step of creating a Self Serve account.  That was already created for you during the time of activation.
