I used self serve to create an account for 3 phone numbers but it wasn't able to put them all on the same account - how do i merge these account so i can have all my lines on 1 account. I have 3 more numbers i plan on activating within the next 2 weeks and i cant get the rewards for multiple lines when they are on separate accounts.

@Nonurbiznaz of course it is a personal choice. But I think using the Alias is the way to go. With alias, there are different logins , but you can set the same password and you can set the same credit card
All emails communications from PM for the 6 accounts will be sent to the same email address. So, in terms of email checking, it is the same (except you will get 6 copies)
Not ideal but it is acceptable, I think. If you decide that you need Family account, you will likely need to check Koodo or Telus, those Tier 2 and Tier 1 provider
There is no option at PM to include all three accounts in one.
Receiving all emails into one will confuse the support agents to verify accounts.

@Nonurbiznaz that is such a big deal?
Yes, PM account is very simple.. no Family account. Each one treated as an independent account
There was another customer here mentioned he managed large phone lines for some non-profit group. If he can manage 50+ lines, I think you can manage 3 lines with 3 different emails or aliases 🙂

@Nonurbiznaz Do you have Gmail? Then just add +acct 1after your email name to your gmail address and all emails will come to your main email account.
Edit: sorry, to give a better example if you are John@gmail.com then simply use John+Jane@gmail.com.
You can use variations of the + for multiple emails that go to John@gmail.com

@Nonurbiznaz : If that's a primary requirement then as you wish.
Edit: you know how Gmail aliases work right? One email inbox. Any number of instant on the fly aliases. All going into one inbox.

not allowed to use same Email with Multiple Accounts.
you need for each line different Email, and something else you can used the same information.

@Nonurbiznaz : You can't merge. Each account can get the gifts independently.
Edit: you can refer each new account to get the referral reward. Daisy-chain them down to get the $30 reward on each subsequent account.

@Nonurbiznaz Sorry, PM doesn't permit multiple numbers to be managed on one account. Each account must have it's own email/number and is separately managed, however, you can use the same CC for all accounts and use an email alias to manage the accounts. Try not to have all the accounts billed on the same day as this might cause a fraud alert if you're using the same CC to pay for all the accounts.
Edit: also you can use the same password (but different/alias email) for each account if that helps to make it easier to manage.

@Nonurbiznaz Sorry, PM is 1 Email for 1 account/ phone lines. There is no way to combine them. You can create some new email accounts solely for managing these new phone lines. Or you can use the trick of email alias. If you decide to go with alias, you have to keep good track of the alias you use cos many people tends forgot what they did
