Hi all,
I have 2 extra charge on my bank statement for my monthly payment, does anyone know who should I contact regarding this issue? Thanks!

are they the same amount?
you can check with your bank/credit card to see if they are just pending charges. Some pending charges took long to drop off
and login My Account, check your payment history and see how many charges PM took
