Hello,
I have problems trying to Port a number over.
My account was cancelled and I am unable to reactivate.
Is there a way to activate my account?
I am currently on hold withb the other service provider.

Yes. My plan was active with Fido. First I had chosen available number from PM. Once the account activated and worked fine I requested porting which actually took about one minute and no issue.

Was your plan active when you initiated the port? Only active plans can have a number ported out.
The instruction above is correct, pay to reactivate your account to move the phone number.
If the port caused the account to cancel, then the port has been performed correctly, and as a result the account is closed, and not accessible.

You can reactivate you r account by funding it. Alternatively get new SIM card, registered a new account with plan. Once plan is activated and working use the change number and port your number.
