This looks fine. So you're seeing a couple $22 + tax charges on your credit card for Apr 2 and May 2?

@cindy_0067 You only got charged once in April and once in May
the actual charges on your credit cards are
April 2 Automatic top up $22
May 2 Automatic top up $22
However, PM ALWAYS break the monthly renewal into 2 lines on your $25 plans
So, the 2 entries in April are in fact for your SINGLE renewal on April 2
April 2 1GB at 3G speed $15
April 2 30 day plan $10
Again, as you see they add up to $25, that is your single renewal in Aprile
Similar 2 entries on May 2
In short, you only charged once in April 2 and once in May 2

@cindy_0067 - May just started...so do you mean you were charged twice in May?
Or, once April 30 and again May 1st?
Plans are 30 days at Public Mobile, so unless you renewed or changed your plan early, or made a top up payment, or purchased an addon, there should not be extra charges on your account.
Can you provide a screenshot of your payment history from your self serve account, found here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/
Credit cards companies can show both Pending and Authorized/Approved charges. Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.
If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA), by method provided by @dabr .

@cindy_0067 There does seem to be quite a few other customers posting about being double charged over the last month or two. I would submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to see how that happened. Here's a link to the chatbot to submit a ticket: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If you see an account credit equivalent to the extra charges, then your next renewal will debit that balance for the payment before going to any payment card on file.

Do you mean you were double charged for both months? So 4 separate charges in 2 months? Is there 2 payments showing in your available balance?
