I just made a payment on the 17th!! Now my account is inactive!!

See if they double charged you too. I was on a Legacy plan and yesterday my service was expired. So I selected a new plan and payed for it. They took the money. By the afternoon they charged me again but for a higher price. So I was charged $25 and then $48. This morning my account is expired again and says I owe them more money and all my services are not working. I have already sent a PM to the moderator. But looks like it might be a wait. We all have similar issues. This is bull**bleep**
