I just started with PM. Is there a pdf statement or bill that is available each month that I can download or save for my records?

@darlicious  Has responded EXACTLY what I have found as well. If you don’t need an official receipt and just a record, then this will work fine. You can copy and paste from PM into excel. From excel you can also create a PDF file for the period(s) required. You can set up a work sheet per month. Need help, let me know. Just remember PM only has 90 days of records, so if you copy and paste the records during the first week after month end you will have what you want. 

What would be better? For PM to develop an option to generate your own invoice with your picked dates, your name and address and details (ALL, phone, text, or data usage). This is something VoIp.ms does for dollars only though....no details.

@esjliv Need to contact moderators as was suggested previously. However, a better practice would be to ask for Yearly Statement. That would be easier for both, moderators and your accountant. However, it is up to you of course.

You can request a statement from the moderators, open a ticket with SIMon, but the only way to get something on your own like that is to go to transaction history and at the end of the month click see past 30 days.

@esjliv  You can view and/or screenshot your payment history in your account for up to 180 days. You can request invoices from the moderators as per @Triguy suggestion. It's recommended  that you do this only quarterly, semi-manually or annually so as to not put undue pressure on the moderator team. Here one members workaround  for personal record keeping....

Today I was successful in doing a copy and paste from my Transaction Page(s) to Excel. Would that not be accepatble? And maybe along with a screen print of the month? I plan to do this monthlyTo be more official though, can you not then take the Transactions page(s) for the month and print each screen in PDF format? It works good on my iMac. That way you can have both a hard and soft copy.
