Hi 
I hope you are well. I'm received a text message on an offer to change my monthly subscription. I responded yes and was advised the change would take affect my next billing date which is today. I logged into app and I don't see change reflected under data usage - it's still my old plan data. When I scroll down though I domsee under available funds mthe new plan amount. Can you please clarify?

Sometimes on the day of renewal, it takes time to process plan change and renewal.  Maybe wait a few hours and see what your account shows.  You may also want to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  This website has caching issues and sometimes will show old information. 

It does look like that you were charged for the new plan rate. So, that is a good sign that you are likely on the new plan, but it has not been updated in your account yet.

Whenever you accept a text plan it changes on your next renewal date meaning until that date that your plan changes you will not have access to the new subscription. To see your renewal date sign onto your account and look for Subscription Usage. The second date is the date when your plan will renew.
