Thanks. Issue was the site  added funds and deducted funds twice while I was thinking it was glitching in a circle. Then I find out the added data is only for 31 days which in the past was roll over data??  Trying to go through Simon and submitting a ticket was horrible, kept erroring out or saying profile error.  Brutal. Thanks for your help.

Nobody will reach out to you. You need to contact them. But maybe we can help you with the problem. What's going on that you think there's a billing error?
