I believe choosing an accepted solution is as easy as tapping on "Accept as Solution" button on bottom of the post the OP likes best.
That button is only visible to the person who initiated to thread.

@Paltrow :When you got ahold of a moderator, don't forget to choose one of the above posts you like best as the accepted solution for your original post, to do this go to their reply post you like best and click the three dots in the top right corner of their post and choose accept as solution.

Hi @Paltrow in addition to what @kb_mv suggested above, you may also send a private message to the Moderator_Team here. You have to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.
It may take up to 48 hrs (more or less) to receive a reply from the moderators. Keep an eye on the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.

Perhaps you can explain your issue and someone here might be able to offer suggestions or advice before moderators reply as that can take several hours or day or two.
