Apparently I need to contact a Mod in order to transfer my existing number from Koodo. How do I go about doing that?

There are two ways to contact a moderator. You can click the (?) At the bottom right corner of your screen to submit a ticket via Simon. Type in port in koodo number and human and follow the prompts to submit you ticket.
Or you can send a private message (whoops hit post by mistake and I see @esjliv has beat me to it.) If you send a private message be sure to put "port in koodo phone number" in the subject bar and include the following info:
Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. If you include all the required info they can start the transfer without the need to message and hear back from you. Once it's completed and you are finished with your service request feel free to ask for a review link to give pm feedback on your customer support experience.

Enter "Port Request" in subject when you message them.
To contact the Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1-Click the question mark on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot.
