Hello @chenjia1957  - 2 months!

Did you have data before then?

If so, check to make sure your Data Line is showing in your OVERVIEW tab in your Self Serve account.

If yes, try:

  • rebooting your phone
  • going into airplane mode then back to regular mode
  • do a RESET of your Network Settings

If you never had data working, check your APN settings:

For Android = https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en

Log in to your account and look at My Data and Add-ons. Do you see any mention of available data ? If not...that might mean you use it up.

@chenjia1957 , support is via online only.  You post questions in the community that do not require access to the self serve account.  If you need the account looked into, use the chat symbol to initiate a support ticket.  Anyway, does you self serve account show that you have unused data available.  If there is, the next thing to investigate is whether mobile data has been turned on and if on, is there a usage limit that is blocking data usage.  If that checks out, then check the APN settings to make sure they are correct.  See links below for APN changes.
