I cannot call out, incoming calls go directly to my voicemail which is not accessible. I can receive text messages.
The phone seems ok. What can be the problem? Sim card?

@gingerI want all of us who are affected by this to spread awareness so that we can have PM fix this. Sometimes a new change brings unintended consequences.

Yes. That would make a lot of sense. It looks like I'll need to get another phone then just to save 20 dollars haha. My old Nokia doesn't work anymore.

My wife and I each had the same Huawei phone and PM plan which worked perfectly fine for years, but recently she got a new Samsung phone and there is no problem. Maybe PM is incompatible with some phones.

@turtle2 you're not alone. I am having the same problem. The update broke my phone essentially. I can only text and use data.

It's obviously affecting multiple people, but no, the usual troubleshooting doesn't work. Texting and data also work for me, so it's not a plan issue. Might be a PM one. I like the customer service and I had been happy with PM in the past and the community here is helpful. However, I am leaning on moving to a new home for my phone if this issue is being overlooked.

No, I have been with PM for about 5 years, the problem started the last few months unnoticed.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried them, and none of them work. I think it's my 6-year-old Huawei phone; it may be incompatible with PM's updates. Everything worked well on the phone until recently; now, I can't make or receive calls.

This is happening to both me and my spouse since yesterday. We can text, but no calls in or out from both phones.

try reboot your phone. Try use different network mode
and maybe try sim card in another phone
of course, check if your plan is suspended
