The mobile data has been working for the last few years. But it stopped working since 2 or 3 days ago.
I tried: phone reboot, airplane mode on/off, manually choose phone operator, update phone. Nothing worked
Phone: samsung, android
I tried to submit a support ticket but keeps getting "technical error". How can I get help from CS_Agent please? Thanks

@hairbag1 Thank you for the link. I tried the link, please see below screenshot. I wasn't able to find the button or field to send direct messages (DM).
Could you please point out where should I click the send direct messages (DM) to Customer Support? Thanks
