Today after my plan renewed mobile data is not working.

Anyone can help please

Hi everyone Just want to give update.

After doing back and forth with agent for almost half a day nothing worked. Finally I decided to buy new esim which solved the issue.

If you phone is showing Public Mobile then just reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

Also try resetting the Network setting on your phone.

If that failed, private message a CS_Agent to investigate at:

hi @rick2212 this is a frequent problem after plan change.  Try reboot the phone once

If same,  Please submit a ticket with agent and  ask them to refresh your profile

You can try trying on airplane mode and trying it off, if it still doesn't work after that then reset your Network settings and restart your phone.
