@fouziashahzadi the most common issue with data for new customers is incorrect or missing apn setting. Some phones require a network or factory reset.
Most common for existing customers is data is all used up. Or data limit on phone.
Some additional derails are required from you to assess the situation properly.

Try going to your settings, select cellular network, make sure your data option is enabled, and check to make sure you have the correct APN settings

@fouziashahzadiWhat plan are you on.. Can you see your data allotment when you log into your selfserve? If you can't see it that means you have exhausted your data bucket.
