Check the message settings on your phone, that it's set to accept MMS, or try restarting your phone, I find that works with android phones. If that doesn't work then there could be a service disruption in your area.
It usually depends, from my personal experience, they usually answer within 48 hours, last time I emailed a moderator , response was within the same day
