If you're able, try the SIM card in another device to see if the results are the same.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Azninazn The agents are not on this community, you would need to submit a ticket using the chat/message icon at the bottom right of this page. But have you tried any of turning airplane mode on for a few minutes and then off again, rebooting the phone, resetting network settings, or taking the sim out and trying it in another working phone?
