@CS_Agent I have activated my phone but my phone still shows no SIM even though the sim card is activated. I can't receive or make any texts/calls and can't receive the code to confirm my account.
I have restarted my phone and tried multiple things and still can't seem to get it to work.

this is just sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM support but you just need to engage them.
