Mixed Service / Stuck Port (Cannot Receive Texts or Calls)

So i bought a plan for public mobile yesterday and I transferred my old number from bell. Since yesterday iam unable to receive any calls or texts from others. But I can make calls and send text. Does anyone know how to fix it?

not sure if the device would matter but i use a s24 ultra

Did you reply to the confirmation text from your previous carrier with YES you are porting over to PM?

Try resetting the Network setting and see if that helps. If not then yes you need to create a ticket with a CS_Agent.
