I have a public mobile sim and account and while creating that account, I've misstyped my e-mail addess and Now, I'm trying to change it since few months but I couldn't do so. Is there any help for that?

@Mahnoor0 you can still use the "wrong" email to login My Account for now. It is just a username on the PM system

Only agent can change/update your email.

The only way is through the support people. Either through a private message or the ticket method.
If you remember what you mistyped and your password then you should still be able to login anyway.
