Missing rewards

Hello, I switched from a 90 day subscription to a 30 day subscription back in January and seems like I’m owed reward credits. It should be $5x2 + $2x2 + $1x2 = $16.

Well it's been a while for you but I think I've read of others having this same problem when switching from 90 to 30. Not sure if they've had success with asking.
