the rewards are added to the My Rewards portal. Did you check it yet? Login here: https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/
check the rewards history, those rewards should be there
if really nothing there, ask agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@AmyLam have you checked your rewards portal ? You should have almost 15 points since sept once you do you can redeem 15 points for $15 off your bill
