I referred two lines onto my account in the same day but I only received one SMS text message of a referral being done. How do I check that the system registered 2 referrals?

@serious7 -The texts may or may not arrive to your phone (as past history proves), so check what you see under the "Refer-A-Friend" section here?

Should look something like this with the referee's last 4 digits of their phone number showing:
If the number does not show up and it has been over a day since the new customer activated, the new customer will need to submit a ticket to CSA to provide them your referral code and ask if they can add it to their account.
Now, that is, unless the referral code they used was another valid code; then in that case I am not sure sure they can change it to yours.

@serious7 You can view in self serve on payment tab or in your rewards portal under friend referrals
