I’m missing loyalty rewards how do I get them added to my account?

@Me2021 : After the renewal before your year you will see the loyalty dollar added in the rewards area. Then at your next renewal, (being after your year) it will convert into Available Funds to go towards your plan cost.
If you happen to use the Lost/stolen function though, then all rewards won't get converted at the next renewal.

Before you jump the gun and contact customer support without reason when did you activate? Loyalty rewards appear or update on day 361 of your service in your rewards section and page in your account. They will then be applied to your account balance on your next renewal.
There is a work around if you have passed the 361st day and the loyalty hasn't been added....unless of course your account was suspended more than 60 days.

How long have you been with PM? You need to make 13 payments for your first $1 of loyalty then it will be applied on your 14th payment.
