Missing add a refer a friend reward.

Hi, got a text yesterday confirming that I got a Refer a Friend Reward but not seeing in on my account.

Does it take some time to show up ? Last one I got showed right away.

You should be OK - so long as the person you referred used the CORRECT code.

Did you copy and send it to them, and did they paste it into the activation field upon activating here?

If so, you should be okay.  There's sometimes problems with some folks getting the zero's and O's and one's and I's correct, but using copy/paste avoids those misinterpretation problems.

If you got the text then you should at least see the incremented counter of the refer a friend. If rewards then it won't pay in until the next renewal. I don't know about points.

you are on the legacy rewards system?

I did have experience that it took me another day or two to see the phone number on my friend referrals list after my friend activated.

Since you have the text, it should be ok.  Also have  your friend to check if he/she sees the $10 after 72 hours
