Missing Subscription Plan

I was able to sign up my kids for a 4 G, 1 GB plan for $19, and I'd like to get on the same plan, but I don't see it as an available plan in my account?! Why is that?

if you currently have a plan with more cost than the $19...you won't be able to downgrade. You can only take the plans available in your personal Public Mobile account.

the $19-1GB plan is more a new activation plan.  

for existing subscribers, only those with a $13 or $15 plan will have the choice to upgrade to the $19 plan
