I have Koodo prepaid number and I want to transfer my number to the public. Is there any one to help me?

PM is a self server provider, but you can easily activate an account and transfer your Koodo Prepaid account here
All you need to do is to download Public Mobile app, then setup an account complete the activation by first choosing a temporary phone number. (Do not choose to bring in a phone number during activation)
After the line is activated and working, you will open a ticket with PM support and ask them to port your Koodo prepaid number for you.
To open ticket with PM support to transfer the number after the activation:
1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
